After the civil war the martha became a women's college and today is an elegant hotel, paying homage to its gracious southern roots and enduring historic legacy. The inn's 62 guestrooms and suites reflect the carefully assembled collection of victorian, edwardian and georgian-period antiques and artifacts that grace this one-time mansion.
